Our family absolutely LOVE our Terra Tank!! Eduardo was so helpful with all of my questions making it so stress free and the entire experience was fantastic. When unexpected circumstances came up on my end, he was more than accommodating and held the tank for me without hesitation. His communication and kindness really stood out. I highly recommend Terra Tanks to anyone thinking about a small pool. It was so easy to set up, our kids absolutely love it, it’s been used every day of the school holidays and my husband cold plunges every night.

Eduardo is unbelievably accommodating, endlessly patient, and somehow answered my 400 questions without once making me feel like a pest. He was super encouraging of my idea of painting our tank, helped to move it numerous times and was so helpful with installation; nothing was too much. Communication was smoother than the finish on our freshly painted tank, and the whole process was so easy I kept waiting for something to go wrong… but it never did. We’ve created our dream pool in our own backyard and honestly never thought it would be possible. Terra Tanks made the whole process so easy. The price was far more achievable than we expected, the service was incredible, and council approval was nowhere near as intimidating as we’d built it up to be.
