Off-Grid Wood Fired Hot Tub — 3-Year Tank Guarantee

We guarantee the steel tank won't rust through, no corrosion holes in the tank body, for 3 years from delivery, when it's cared for as set out below. If it ever does, we'll repair or replace it, at our option.

Two normal things this guarantee is not about:
Surface patina. Over time galvanised steel may pick up the odd spot or a softer, weathered look. That's normal, harmless, and part of the character of a real steel tub. The guarantee is about the tank staying sound, not showroom-shiny.

The odd fitting weep. Every so often a plumbing fitting can seep a little. That's completely normal and a two-minute fix with a dab of water sealant; we'll show you how. It's not a fault with the tank.

Caring for your tub (the conditions of this guarantee):
Run it fill-and-drain: empty it and let it dry after use. No chemicals, no sanitisers, no bath salts (including Epsom) ever. Always fire it with enough water in the tub, and don't over-fire it. Sit it on a firm, level, fire-safe surface, off bare soil. Rinse after use; no abrasive scrubbing.

Not covered: cosmetic surface patina or spotting, minor weeps at fittings, physical damage, misuse, chemicals or bath salts, running it with too little water or over-firing, modifications, or commercial/rental use. Domestic use only.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
