Every site is different. You require council approval and barrier/fence if you don’t have one.
You will need an extension cord if you don't have access to a power point within 2 m of where you will install your pool (that is the length of the pump & filter cord).
Our pools are galvanized steel. Although that is a heavily resistant material made for the outdoors, there is potential for it to develop light surface level rust spots (which can easily be treated) over the years due to damage or chlorine use. Ask us for liner upgrades with 5 year no-rust guarantees if you'd like to avoid rust worry.
Diameter can vary 4" to accommodate nesting of tanks.
These tanks are imported from one of the leading stock tank manufacturers in the USA. Due to the need for overseas freight, and the nature of outdoor farm equipment production, some units will come with slight scuffs. Ask us for painting upgrades if you'd like to avoid any type of scuff.

Pay a 30% deposit to lock today’s pricing for 90 days, reserve your tank, and secure your place in our delivery/installation queue. Deposit refunds: fully refundable for 7 days; after that, transferable once within 12 months (date/model).
3) Plan & schedule
We’ll confirm your week window, finalise any add-ons (like hard-shell cover or paint), and share your prep checklist (simple and clear).
4) Delivery / Installation
Premium DIY: we deliver and you follow our step-by-step guide (we’re here if you need help).
White Glove: our team handles site prep → install → commissioning → council paperwork & approval.
FAQs
Do I need a fence?
Sites require a compliant barrier or an approved deck solution, if you don't have one already. Premium DIY includes our council guide, but fencing installation is up to you; White Glove handle fencing, paperwork and inspection scheduling for you.
How fast can I get it?
We cap bookings at 15 per month to keep schedules tight. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks or less (seasonal). Standard installs are often completed in a day, once council has approved the build.
What power/water access do I need?
For packages with a pump, you’ll need a standard outdoor power point within 7.6 m of where you will install your pool, and hose access.
What if I change my mind after paying the deposit?
No problem—fully refundable for 7 days. After that, it’s transferable once within 12 months (date/model).
Do these pools rust?
Our pools are galvanized steel. Although that is a heavily resistant material made for the outdoors, it is natural for it to develop light surface level rust over the years. To reduce the likelihood of rust, we recommend you reduce chlorine use and care for it mindfully (we provide a guide for proper care). Most people don't mind minimal rust (as it can be treated), but if you want to avoid all rust risk, you can add a liner. We provide a rust-free guarantee liner as an add-on, or you can purchase one yourself.
