Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, we begin preparing your Terra Tank for dispatch.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within our standard lead time of 2–3 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on stock availability, freight scheduling, and location.
We will notify you once your tank has been dispatched.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timeframe is 2–3 weeks from order confirmation.
Delivery times may vary based on:
Your location (metro vs regional)
Freight carrier scheduling
Weather conditions
Peak seasonal demand
Access requirements
While we aim to meet all estimated timeframes, delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Delivery Method
Due to the size and weight of Terra Tanks, delivery is arranged via specialised freight carriers.
Delivery is typically to ground level only.
Placement, lifting, crane hire, or positioning beyond standard drop-off is not included unless agreed in writing prior to dispatch.
Site Access Requirements
Customers must ensure:
Safe and clear access for delivery vehicles
Adequate turning space
Suitable driveway or hard surface access
No overhead obstructions (e.g. low branches or powerlines)
If delivery cannot be completed due to site access issues, additional delivery or redelivery fees may apply.
Unloading Responsibility
Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate equipment or assistance is available to receive the tank if required.
Freight providers may not assist with moving the tank beyond the delivery point.
Risk & Ownership
Risk transfers to the customer once the tank has been delivered to the nominated address.
Customers should inspect the tank upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours as outlined in our Refund & Returns Policy.
Delivery Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Freight carrier disruptions
Weather events
Industrial action
Access restrictions
Circumstances outside our reasonable control
We will communicate delays where possible and work to minimise disruption.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
Additional freight charges may apply for incorrect address details or re-delivery requests.
Storage Fees
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer availability or access issues, storage or re-delivery fees charged by the freight provider may be passed on to the customer.
